Fresh 3" bonito chunks, seasoned with garlic salt, garlic powder, coarse black pepper (do not use powder black pepper, it will burn)
Melt margarine (butter will burn) on a hot grill.
Cook sliced raw onions for a few minutes, then add the seasoned bonito chunks.
To keep fish from getting dry, add lemon juice and/or more margarine as fish starts to cook, only 5 minutes at most till done.
